Honesty, Knowledge, Integrity
Since the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, America has been challenged unlike any time since World War II. In such times, it is more important than ever to have honest, knowledgable, and morally responsible leadership in our government. We need leaders that are prepared to use force, yet are not rash in judgement.
We need leaders that are morally responsible. Leaders that lead by example, that our children can look up to and emulate. We need leaders that represent the values that we hold dear here in Indiana.
We need leaders that are fiscally responsible, and willing to make the decisions to create jobs, and protect Social Security, a landmark and moral program our society depends on. We must stop the bankrupting of the nation with reckless fiscal policies.
We need leaders that live by and abide by the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. These masterpieces of ideas and government, handed down to us by the Founding Fathers, have guided this country for over 200 years, and should not be modified to serve short-term political interest.
And most importantly, we need leaders that represent all the people, not just millionaires and multi-national corporations.
It is for these reasons that I am running for the US House of Representatives.
